ORDINANCE NO. 84-36 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to redesignate the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Cawdssioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Land Use Map, be <br />amended as follows: <br />1. That the Land Use Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />PARCEL "A" - THE NORTH 660 FELT OF THE NORTHWEST a OF THE NORT[EASP <br />a OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST. SAID LAND LYING <br />AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF <br />RECORD, LYING WEST OF THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF LATERAL "J" CANAL. <br />SAID PARCEL CONTAINING 6.16 NET ACRES. <br />PARCEL "B" - THE NORTH 660 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST a OF THE NORTHEAST <br />h OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF RECORD, LYING EAST OF <br />LATERAL "J" CANAL.
