ORDINANCE NO. 84-39 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />amend the Comprehensive Plan by redesignating the hereinafter <br />described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing <br />in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, Florida, and the <br />accompanying Land Use Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Land Use Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The NEn of the NW; of said Section 20; the North , of <br />the SE; of the NW; of Section 20; and that part of the <br />NA of the NE; lying more than 300 feet West of the <br />F.E.C. Railroad right-of-way; all in Section 20, <br />Township 315, Range 39E, public records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. Said land now lying and being in <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />together with: <br />Breezy Village Mobile Home Subdivision, Unit 1, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 34, filed and of record in <br />the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from LD -2, Low Density Residential 2 to MD -1, <br />Medium Density Residential 1. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Land Use Element. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this lltIlday of Jn1V <br />1984. <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: <br />DON C.
