r <br />ORDINANCE NO. 85-41 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />amend the Comprehensive Plan by redesignating the hereinafter <br />described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing <br />in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, Florida, and the <br />accompanying Land Use Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Land Use Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 13 and the east 10 acres of Tract 14, Section 31, <br />Township 325, Range 39E, according to the last general <br />plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in Plat <br />Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida. <br />AND <br />Tracts 3, 4, 5, and 6, Section 6, Township 33S, Range 39E, <br />according to the last general plat of lands of Indian <br />River Farms Company filed in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public <br />Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. <br />Be changed from LD -2, Low -Density Residential 2 and RR -1, <br />Rural Residential 1, to MD -1, Medium -Density Residential <br />1. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Land Use Element. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this lstday of May <br />1985. <br />BOARD OF OUN Y COMMISSIONERS <br />OF IND AN RI ER COUNTY <br />B <br />PATRICK B.
