SECTION 7 <br />Laws of Florida Chapter 65-1716, Special Acts, 1965, <br />relating to the clearing of lands, is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 8 <br />Sections 1-12 of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of <br />Indian River County, relating to fees for developments of regional <br />impact, is hereby recodified as Section 17-1/2--01.(d). <br />SECTION 9 <br />Indian River County Ordinance No. 76-12, relating to the <br />Indian River County Comprehensive Planning Ordinance of 1976, is <br />hereby expressly repealed having been earlier replaced by Indian <br />River County Ordinance No. 82-1 as amended by Ordinance No. <br />82-21. <br />SECTION 10 <br />Laws of Florida Chapter 59-1379, Special Acts, 1959, <br />relating to the improvement of streets and sidewalks and other <br />facilities, is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 11 <br />Indian River County Ordinance No. 74-1, regarding the <br />Indian River County Transit Authority, is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 12 <br />Laws of Florida Chapter 74-500 Special Acts of Florida <br />1974 is hereby removed from the Code of Laws and Ordinances of <br />Indian River County having been repealed by the legislature on <br />July 1, 1976. <br />SECTION 13 <br />INCORPORATION IN CODE. The provisions of this ordinance <br />shall be incorporated into the County Code and the word <br />"ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other <br />appropriate word, and the sections of this ordinance may be <br />renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intentions. <br />SECTION 14 <br />SEVERABILITY. If any section, part of a sentence, <br />paragraph, phrase or word of this ordinance is for any reason held <br />to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holdings shall <br />not affect the remaining portions hereof and it shall be construed <br />-2- <br />
