ORDINANCE NO. 85 - 58 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REVISING AND REENACTING <br />THE THOROUGHFARE PLAN MAP OF THE TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT <br />OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />amend the Thoroughfare Plan Map of the Transportation Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan and pursuant thereto held a public hearing <br />in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that <br />Section 1 <br />The Thoroughfare Plan Map of the Transportation Element <br />of the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, <br />Florida, be amended in its entirety and reenacted as <br />the Thoroughfare Plan Map displayed in Attachment A. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 10th day of Jule <br />1985. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COvL4ISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIFER COUNTY <br />By: <br />nn ti' C, SCUPLOCK, .JP <br />1'TCF CHAITMAN <br />Acknowledgment by the Department of State of the State of Florida <br />this 15th day of July , 1985. <br />Effective Date: Acknowledgment from the Department of State <br />received on this 19th day of July 1985, at 10 A.M./P.M. <br />and filed in the office of the Clerk of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida. <br />APPROVED AS T FORM AND <br />LEGAL SUFF CY. <br />GARURANDEITffURG, ounty Attorney <br />CPA -033 Ordinance <br />CHIEF <br />
