MAR 3 1982 <br />M 36 <br />REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL SPACE - SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />Sheriff Dobeck next discussed with the Board the need <br />for additional space for the Investigation Division and <br />suggested the School Board building at 19th Street. After <br />taking a tour of this building, he noted that some painting <br />would have to be done but no structural changes would have <br />to be made in order for his department to utilize this <br />space. <br />Discussion ensued along those lines. <br />On Motion made by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously directed the <br />Administrator to inquire about the financial impact and <br />feasibility of moving the Sheriff's Investigation Division <br />into the School Board building'at 1426 19th Street, and that <br />Commissioner Wodtke act as liaison in working with the <br />School Board. <br />ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES COUNCIL - APPOINTMENT <br />The Board reviewed the following letter dated February <br />8, 1982: <br />
