The Committee shall prepare and <br />deliver its recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners at <br />the first available regular meeting after work has been completed. <br />Such recommendations shall be advisory in nature only. <br />6. REVISIONS, MODIFICATIONS, DELETIONS, DISSOLUTION: <br />Revisions, modifications, or deletions of any of the provisions <br />herein may be made only by resolution adopted by the Board of <br />County Commissioners, with the exception of Committee dissolution, <br />which may be by motion of the Board, at any regularly scheduled <br />Board meeting. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A.
