All property belonging to the Dciuglas School <br />49 Pa <br />The Wabasso Civic League feels that, these items of equipment and fa- <br />cilities are essential and will be very beneficial for organizing a success- <br />ful Community Resource Center. <br />We would appreciate it very much if the school system would assist us in <br />developing this,project for our community. <br />Tile West Wabasso Civic League will provide for a management system that <br />will assure that the property at Douglas School is protected and maintained <br />in a suitable manner. This will include maintenance of the building, grounds, <br />and custodial services. This organization will assume total responsibility <br />for this program and allied needs essential for an effective operation. <br />The West Wabasso Civic Leageu respectfully request that the School Board <br />assist us in the operation of this program by assuming responsibility for the <br />utilities of our program. <br />Inasmuch as a large portion of the program will be didicated to all school <br />aged children. <br />We hope that the School Hoard will accept our proposal for, the operation <br />of a Community Resource Center at the Douglas School in Wabasso, Florida. <br />The Wabasso Civic League would like to thank the Indian River County <br />School Board for its considcrat-ion in this matter. <br />
