ORDINANCE NO. 83-48 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian. <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of <br />Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and <br />pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at <br />which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: A <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that <br />the following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The South 600 feet of Tracts 13 and 14, Section 22, <br />i Township 33 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, <br />lying North of the North right-of-way line of Oslo Road; <br />AND ALSO <br />The North 600 feet of the North 3 acres of the East 5 <br />acres of Tract 4, and the North 600 feet of the West 20 <br />acres of Tract 3, both Tracts in Section 27, Township 33 <br />South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, lying South of <br />the right-of-way line of Indian River Farms Water <br />Management District canal South of the South right-of-way <br />line of Oslo Road. <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District to C-2, Heavy <br />Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 21sWay of December , <br />1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />B Y : <br />Richard N.
