ORDINANCE NO. 82-9 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter <br />described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation <br />thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, <br />and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />Parcel #1. Tracts 1, 2, 7 and 8 of Section 6, Township 33 <br />South, Range 39 East, less and excepting the south 240 feet <br />of the east 545 feet of Tract 8, less and except all existing <br />rights-of-way for public roads, drainage canals and ditches. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R -2A, Multiple <br />Family Dwelling District. <br />And <br />Parcel #2.
