r 890K 49 FAE12 7 <br />MAR 101992 <br />to be sure that the report attached is consistent with the <br />Resolution. <br />Commissioner Lyons withdrew his Motion and Commissioner <br />Wodtke withdrew his second. <br />On Motion made by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />Attorney to work with the Planning Department to draft a <br />response that is consistent with the material presented <br />today. <br />Realtor Ed Schlitt informed the Board that through the <br />Association of Realtors, he has a meeting scheduled in <br />Washington with Secretary of Interior James Watt on the <br />19th, and if the Board desired, he would personally deliver <br />a copy of the Resolution to the' Secretary. The Board <br />enthusiastically accepted Mr. Schlitt's offer. <br />PROPOSED AGREEMENT W/POST, BUCKLEY RE SANITARY LANDFILL <br />Assistant Administrator David Greene informed the Board <br />that since their memo of February 22nd recommending <br />acceptance of the proposed agreement, there have been some <br />changes and there are still additional items to be worked <br />out with the contract. He, therefore, requested that this <br />item be tabled to allow them to go back into the negotiating <br />stage and come back at the second meeting in April. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously tabled the above <br />item until the second meeting in April. <br />LAND PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR SOUTH BEACH GROUND STORAGE TANK <br />The Board reviewed the following memo: <br />
