STATE 07 FLORIDA I_k <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNT <br />PHIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />eA TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />FREDA WRIGHT, CLERK <br />ORDINANCE NO. 82-30 DY D.C. <br />DATE`Ll-- <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />From the intersection of the North line of the Southwest <br />quarter of Section 30, Township 33 South, Range 40 East and <br />th,e East right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 1, run South 880 <br />24'06" East along said North line a distance of 637.81 feet; <br />Thence run South 18014106" East, parallel to said East <br />right-of-way of U.S.Highway No. 1, a distance of 212.61 <br />feet; Thence run Westerly, parallel to and 200 feet South of <br />the North line of said Southwest quarter of Section 30, a <br />distance of 637.81 feet to the East right-of-way of U.S. <br />Highway No. 1; Thence run North 18014106" West along said <br />East right-of-way to the point of beginning. All of said <br />property lying and being in the Southwest one-quarter of <br />Section 30, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District to R-lA, Single <br />Family Residential District. <br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot 2 and a parcel of submerged land in the Indian River in <br />Section 29, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: <br />Begin at a point on the North line of Government lot 2 of <br />said Section 29, where said north line intersects with the <br />West shore of the Indian River; thence East along the <br />extension of the said North line of Government Lot 2 a <br />distance of 214.3 feet, more or less, to the bulkhead line in <br />Indian River County, Florida, established by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, pursuant <br />to Section 253.122, Florida Statutes; thence South 18015146" <br />East, 1397.29 feet, more or less, to the intersection of the <br />Easterly extension of the South line of said Government Lot 2; <br />thence West 250 feet, more or less, to the mean high water line <br />at the West shore of the Indian River; thence Northerly along <br />said mean high water line to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Con- <br />taining 7.0 acres, more or less. <br />
