<br />ORDINANCE NO. 83-20
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the
<br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public
<br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property situated in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />PARCEL ONE: Part of Section 24, Township 33 South, Range 39
<br />East, being the South 390 feet of the North 805 feet of the
<br />West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section, being in
<br />Indian River County, Florida, except that part platted in
<br />DIXIE GARDENS SUBDIVISION UNIT 3 SECTION 3, as recorded in
<br />Plat Book 6, Page 71, of the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />PARCEL TWO: part of Section 24, Township 33 South, Range 39
<br />East, being the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section,
<br />less that portion previously deeded to Gerard being the North
<br />415 feet and less that portion of the Soutfiwest 1/4 of the
<br />Southeast 1/4 lying West of Lateral "J", and less that
<br />portion of the South 390 feet of the North 805 feet of said
<br />description, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida,
<br />and less the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the
<br />Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said described land,
<br />also less and excepting the south 660 feet of the West 1/2 of
<br />the Southeast 1/4.
<br />PARCEL THREE: Part of Section 24, Township 33 South, Range
<br />39 East, lying in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
<br />said Section, lying East of Lateral "J", less that portion
<br />of said Section in DIXIE GARDENS SUBDIVISION UNIT 3, as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 6, a Page 71, of the Public Records
<br />of Indian River County, being and lying in Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />PARCEL FOUR: Including the park site as shown on the Plat of
<br />DIXIE GARDENS SUBDIVISION UNIT 3, Section 3 as recorded in
<br />Plat Book 6, Page 71, Public Records of Indian River County.
<br />Subject to easements of record. The above contains 48.44
<br />acres.
<br />Be changed from R-1, Single-ramily Residential District to
<br />R -2D, Multiple -Family District.
<br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
<br />in said Zoning Regulations.
<br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida on this 18 day of May , 1983.
