ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR THE <br />PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Co=issioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizen were heard; <br />WHEREAS, these proposed ar:endments were considered at the <br />same time as the proposed Grand Harbor Development of Regional <br />Impact, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />SECTION 1 <br />The subject property is described as: <br />BEING PARCELS OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 13, 23 AND 24, <br />TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA; SAID PARCELS BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DELIN- <br />EATED AND DESCRIBED IN THE SECTIONS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 13: <br />GOVERNMENT LOTS 1 AND 2, LESS AND EXCEPTING THE FOLLOW- <br />ING DESCRIBED PARCEL: <br />ALL THAT PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 1, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP <br />32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, LYING NORTH OF THE FOLLOWING <br />DESCRIBED LINE: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID <br />SECTION 13, RUN NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF GOVERNMENT <br />LOTS 1 AND 2 IN SAID SECTION 13 A DISTANCE OF 2,025.96 <br />FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN EAST, ON A <br />LINE PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 13, TO <br />THE WEST SHORE OF THE INDIAN RIVER FOR THE POINT OF <br />ENDING. <br />
