ORDINANCE NO. 85-34 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, TfIEREF'ORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 400' of the South 551.04' of Lot 5, located in the J. A. <br />Hudson Subdivision as recorded in Deed Book EE, Page 600, of the <br />Public Records of Brevard County, Florida. <br />Containing 7.76 acres more or less. <br />All of said lands now lying and being within Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />P-1 V1 -C <br />A parcel of land lying in Sections 25 and 36, Township 30S, Range 38E, <br />and Section 31, Township 30S, Range 39E, Indian River County, Florida; <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Begin at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 1, Charles Subdivision, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 97, of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida, thence Southwesterly along the North line of <br />said subdivision to the NW corner of said subdivision, said corner <br />being also the NW corner of Lot 5 of said subdivision; thence South, <br />along the West line of said subdivision and the West line of said Lot <br />5, to the SW corner of said Lot 5; thence Northwesterly along an arc <br />parallel to the east right-of-way line of U.S. Highway #1 (State Road <br />#5), to a point on the South boundary of Van Bergans and Hendry's <br />Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 39, of the Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida; said point being 640' more or less <br />East of, as measured along the South line of said subdivision, the <br />Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway #1 (state Road #5); thence <br />Northeasterly, along said South line, to its intersection with the <br />Easterly right-of-way line of Old Dixie Highway; thence run Northerly <br />along said Easterly right-of-way line 140' more or less to the NW <br />corner of the following described parcel. Beginning at a 4 x 4 monu- <br />ment located on the West shore of the Indian River, said monument <br />being known as a point lying 10 feet Northerly from Gibson's Wharf and <br />further described as being 10' Northerly from and at right angles to <br />the produced centerline of the present paved highway leading from U.S. <br />Highway #1 (State Road #5) to the Town of Roseland; run South 42°52' <br />East along the West shore of the Indian River a distance of 331.21; <br />thence run South 50026' West, a distance of 283.71to the point of <br />beginning; thence run South 32°10' East, a distance of 95.5'; thence <br />run South 30026' West, a distance of 130.8', thence run North 2207' <br />West, a distance of 100'; thence run 105' on a Northeasterly line <br />
