Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said lands now lying and being <br />in Indian River County, Florida; the boundary of said parcel being more, <br />particularly described as follows: <br />• u <br />From a point marking the intersection of the centerline of Central <br />Avenue and the North line of Lot 8 of J. A. Hudson Subdivision run <br />East 30.67' to the Point of Beginning; thence following the South <br />line of Indian River Ages Subdivision as filed in Plat Book 8, <br />Page 9, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, run East a <br />distance of 299.521; thence run Southerly on a line forming an angle <br />of 88148' as measured from West to South with the last described line <br />a distance of 220' more or less to a point on the South line of Lot 8, <br />J. A. Hudson Subdivision, thence run Westerly along said South line a <br />distance of 150' more or less to a point on the East right-of-way <br />line of Central Avenue; thence run Northwesterly along said East line <br />of Central Avenue a distance of 256' more or less to the Point of <br />Beginning.
