pursuant to the attached agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, it is now necessary for the parties to set <br />forth their mutual understandings. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the attached <br />memorandum of agreement between Indian River County and the Town <br />of Indian River Shores is approved and the Chairman and the Clerk <br />of the Board of County Commissioners are authorized to execute the <br />attached memorandum of agreement. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Wodtke and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr.- Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A. Grover Fletcher NAY <br />Commissioner Patrick B. Lyons -`Aye <br />Commissioner William C.
