r- <br />MAR 17 1982 <br />1 <br />.49 f-. , x.48 <br />•RESOLUTION <br />NO. $2-38 <br />.WHEREAS, <br />the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, <br />Florida, <br />have been requested <br />to release <br />the common side lot <br />line easements <br />of <br />Lots 17 & 18 <br />and Lots 18 & 19 <br />on Block C of Oslo <br />Park Subdivision, <br />according to <br />the Plat of same <br />recorded in Plat <br />Book 2, <br />Page 25, <br />of the Public <br />Records of Indian <br />River County, <br />Florida; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat <br />of Oslo Park Subdivision for public utility purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF IND111N RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />.a <br />lot line easements in Olso Park Subdivision shall be released, <br />abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />Those common side lot 2.5 foot easements of Lots 17 & 18 <br />and Lots 18 & 19 on Block C of Oslo Park Subdivision, <br />according to the Plat of the same filed in the Office of <br />the Clerk of the. Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioner and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they <br />hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot <br />line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording <br />and placing in the Public Records..of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 17th day of March ,1982.. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMI.1ISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By: < C <br />Attest: Don C.
