ORDINANCE No. 83-12 <br />1%1B1 -AS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: NOW, THERFI70RE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of. Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot 15 of Section 30, Township 30 South, Range 38 East, <br />of Fleming Grant, according to plat thereof filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.Lucie <br />County, Florida, (said land now lying and being in Indian <br />River County , Florida); reserving for public and private <br />roads a strip of land twenty (20) feet wide along the <br />Northwesterly side of said Int 15. <br />Be changed from R-3, Multiple Dwelling District to A, <br />Agricultural District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, on this 2nd clay of March , 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMISSI0NERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By: l tei/�% <br />RICHARD N.
