40' <br />M Ca` <br />ORDINANCE NO. 80-27 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that <br />the following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, to -wit: <br />The West 620 feet of the South 1250 feet of the West <br />20 acres of Tract 5, in Section 4, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East, being also described as the West 620 <br />feet of the South 1250 feet of the West 20 acres of the <br />SW; of the NW4 of Section 4, Township 33 South, Range <br />39 East. Subject to Easement to the State of Florida <br />for right of way for public road purposes as shown in <br />Deed Book 32, page 340 and 341, Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />ALL OF THE ABOVE LAND BEING according to the last general <br />plat of lands filed by Indian River Farms Company in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie <br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25; said land now <br />lying and being in Indian River County. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to C-1 Commercial <br />District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect June 9, 1980. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />FREDA WRIGHT, CLERK <br />BY <br />��C. <br />DA <br />
