Discussion followed about having proper security if <br />they plan to be open during the evening hours. <br />Commissioner Wodtke wondered if there was any <br />possibility of moving the old structure elsewhere on the <br />premises. <br />Commissioner Fletcher felt the old structure could be <br />moved, but not too far. <br />Commissioner Bird commented that if the County was <br />given the property by the School Board, what would it cost <br />to maintain it; and would the Health Agency pay something <br />for the facilities or renovations? <br />Commissioner Wodtke responded .that the Health Agency <br />felt it did not have enough money to pay rent, but they <br />would be able to make improvements to the building to make <br />it usable for medical offices. <br />Ms. McCoy agreed and also noted that they would be <br />responsible for malpractice insurance, liability insurance, <br />and the utilities. <br />Lengthy -discussion ensued regarding the water and sewer <br />situation at the site. <br />Commissioner Wodtke talked about the possibility of <br />utilizing the property with a combination of things; as the <br />County has had other proposals from other organizations that <br />should be considered. <br />Commissioner Fletcher then read a letter from Irwin <br />Cartwright, as follows: <br />APR 7 1982 27 99% . 49- PaE 294 <br />
