Motion was made by Commissioner Lyons, seconded'by <br />Commissioner Bird, that Commissioner Wodtke be authorized to <br />continue negotiations with the School Board on the basis <br />that the property be deeded to the County; there be no <br />reverter; and there may be a temporary arrangement for use <br />of the building by the School Board. <br />Commissioner Wodtke commented that he would like .to <br />look into the possibility of relocating the building <br />elsewhere on the premises. <br />Lengthy discussion ensued. <br />The Chairman called for the question. <br />and carried unanimously. <br />It was voted. on <br />On Motion made by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously approved that the <br />County join with the Florida Community Health Agency in <br />negotiating with the School Board to find an early solution <br />to utilize the property in. question, including the <br />possibility of relocating the building. <br />On Motion made by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously authorized that <br />the Administrator and the Planning Department receive <br />information from whomever is considering using this <br />facility, including the County, to come up with a broad, <br />general plan of use, and a plan for a possible fee structure <br />for the use of this facility. <br />Discussion followed, and it was determined a good idea <br />that the Florida Community Health Agency submit a report to <br />the Board once a year for information purposes. <br />On Motion made by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />Attorney to assist with any possible negotiations concerning <br />the Douglas Elementary School property. <br />APR 7 1982 <br />31 <br />." <br />
