Annual Audit <br />Finance Director Barton reviewed the audit contract <br />with the Board,as well as the Florida Statutes outlining <br />the provisions for the Audit Selection Committee: <br />Discussion followed and it was determined that the <br />$3,000.00 <br />Finance Committee'take an in-depth look at the auditing firms <br />available and advise the Board of their findings. <br />On Motion made by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously authorized that the <br />Chairman be designated as the County's representative for <br />the Audit Selection Committee. <br />ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />The Board of County Commissioners recessed at 8:45 <br />• o'clock A.M. in order that the Rockridge Street Lighting <br />District might convene.* Those Minutes are being prepared <br />separately. <br />The Board of County Commissioners reconvened at 8:53 <br />o'clock A.M. with the same members present. <br />G. .Annual Financial Report <br />Lengthy discussion ensued regarding the Annual Financial <br />Report, and.it was determined that there needed to be a <br />great deal of work done in allocating the cost back to the <br />various departments. <br />Finance Director Barton explained that the cost -back <br />allocation was a specialized field and unfortunately, the <br />
