<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO
<br />ESTABLISH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
<br />FOR THE PEBBLE BAY SEWAGE
<br />TREATMENT
<br />SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS—
<br />..i Please be advised that the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County will
<br />hold a public hearing, April 7,1982 at 2:00 p.m.
<br />In the County Commission Chambers, County
<br />Administration Building, 180025th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida on the adoption of a final
<br />assessment rail to fund improvements to the
<br />-collection and pumping system and to
<br />eliminate the package sewage treatment plant
<br />known as "The Pebble Bay Sewage Treatment
<br />System." The areas specially benefiting from
<br />these improvements are outlined on the at-
<br />tached map- The Board will hear all interested
<br />persons regarding the proposed assessments
<br />contained in fhe preliminary assessment roll
<br />ad file in the office of the -County Ad-
<br />ministrator, and open to public inspection
<br />between the hours of 8:20 A.M: amt Sa00 P.M.,
<br />Monday through Friday.
<br />If any person decide&. to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matters, he -she will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he -she may need to insure that a ver-
<br />batim record of the proceedings is made,
<br />which record includes the testimony in
<br />evidence on which the appeal is based.
