11/28/89 <br />PNOT2 <br />LR -Planning <br />RML/vj <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89- 34 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP <br />FROM RS-1,.SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO CG, <br />GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY <br />LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CR 512, BETWEEN 105TH <br />COURT AND 106TH AVENUE, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND <br />PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE, <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, TEe__Bo� of_County CommissionerIndian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 1 thru 10, and lots 29 thru 35, Block D, Pine Lake <br />Estates, Unit 1 as recorded in O.R. Book 123, Page 141, of <br />the public records of Indian River County. <br />Be changed from RS -1, Single -Family Residential District to CG, <br />General Commercial. <br />------All-with-the meaning_and-in-ten-t-and-as_set-forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, on this 19th day of Dec. <br />1989. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the.
