ORDINANCE NO. 84-84 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 25 acres of Government Lot 3, and all of <br />Government Lots 4 and 5, LESS the South 10 acres of <br />Section 7, Township 33 South, Range 40 East of Government <br />Lot 5. All property situated and lying in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Be changed from R -1A, Single -Family District to R -2B, <br />Multiple -Family District. <br />* There are 37.7 acres within the above described property <br />which are designated as Environmentally Sensitive under <br />the provisions of the Land Use Element adopted January 6, <br />1982. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 28th day of November <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIANRIVERCOUNTY <br />BY: ') ,, C <br />DON C.
