Attorney <br />Brandenburg stated that it would not because this comes <br />under the Sunshine Law, and one of the most difficult things <br />about government law is that you cannot strategize the way <br />the other side can, which is a distinct disadvantage to <br />governmental agencies. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if the counter claim of <br />$190,000 is over and above the original contract with <br />Reinhold, and Attorney Brandenburg replied that it is over <br />and above both the original contract price and the amounts <br />in dispute for the change orders. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried unanimously. <br />OUT -OF -COUNTY TRAVEL TO INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOND SEMINAR <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, to approve out -of -County travel for the <br />Chairman and Attorney to attend the Industrial Development <br />Bond Financing Seminar in Miami, April 22, 1982. <br />Commissioner Fletcher stated that he would not vote in <br />favor of the Motion because he felt the affairs of this <br />county are being managed so the next generation is being <br />obligated for the debts of this generation, and we are now <br />going out to learn how to do it better. <br />The Chairman called for the question.
