It was voted on <br />and carried unanimously. <br />EXTENSION FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVERGROVE SUBDIVISION <br />The Board next considered the following memorandum from <br />the Assistant Administrator: <br />TO: The Honorable Board of DATE: March 18 , 1982 FI LE: <br />County Cammissioners <br />SUBJECT: EXI' NSION FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />OF =RGROVE SUBDIVISION <br />FROM: David L'.� e REFERENCES: Letter from Kenneth E. Padgett <br />Assistant County Administrator to Neil Nelson, dated 2/11/82 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Rivergrove Subdivision received Preliminary Plat Approval on December 23, <br />1980. The Subdivision Ordinance states that "approval of the board shall <br />have full force and effect for a period of eighteen (18) months from the <br />date of approval. An extension may be granted by the Board." The approval <br />for Rivergrove Subdivision will expire on June 23, 1982. Due to a delay <br />caused by problems with water in the South Beach area, the developer is <br />requesting a six month extension of the approval. This extension, if <br />granted, would expire on December 23, 1982. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The proposed subdivision will be developed at a density of approximately <br />1.6 lots/acre. This density complies with the Land Use Classification of <br />LD -1 (up to 3 units/acre). <br />RECONVIEbIDATION: <br />That a six month extension of Preliminary Plat Approval be granted to <br />Rivergrove Subdivision. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Lyons, the Board unanimously authorized that a <br />six month extension of the Preliminary Plat Approval of <br />Rivergrove Subdivision be granted. <br />
