L <br />ORDINANCE NO. 81-16 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of that property lying between the Easterly <br />right-of-way of State Road A -1-A on the West; the mean <br />high water line of the Atlantic Ocean on the East; the <br />North line of Government Lot 6, Section 10, Township <br />31 S, Range 39 E, on the North and the South line of <br />Government Lot 4, Section 23, Township 31 S, Range 39 <br />E on the south <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to R-20 <br />Multiple Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect April zo, 1981. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />FR,ED/A WRICHT, CLERK <br />BY/ • 40i1i/{� D.C. <br />DATE i �� -dr/ <br />
