ORDINANCE NO. 85 - 61 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying <br />Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River Countv, Florida, to -wit: <br />The South one-half of the ;forth one-half (Si of Ni) of <br />Government Lot 7, Section 7, Township 33 South, Range 40 <br />East; said land lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida.
