ORDINANCE NO. 80-37 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of Government Lot 1, Section 36, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East, EXCEPT one acre in the Northeast corner. <br />thereof described as follows: Begin on the bank or bluff <br />of the Atlantic Ocean on the North line of said Government <br />Lot 1, thence run West 209 feet; thence South 209 feet; <br />thence East 209 feet to the bank or bluff of the Atlantic <br />Ocean; thence run Northerly along said bank or bluff to <br />the Point of Beginning; ALSO EXCEPT the North 15 feet of <br />said Government Lot 1, and ALSO EXCEPTING the right-of- <br />way for State Road A -1-A as described in Deed recorded <br />in Official Record Book 35, Page 393, etc., Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida. <br />ALSO EXCEPTING the south 70 feet of Government Lot 1 as <br />measured on the perpendicular to the South line of said <br />property (which is the South line of said Government <br />Lot 1) lying Easterly of the Easterly right-of-way of <br />State Road A -1-A. <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family Residential District to <br />R -2B Multiple Family District for the 14.01 acres East of <br />AlA and R -2A Multiple Family District for the 16.45 acres <br />West of AlA of the described property. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect October 20, 1980. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS 15 TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />FREoD�A�� WRIGHT, CLERK <br />�Od?LJlk <br />3Y1Ak&gClDC. <br />DAgE 10 • -2V —Oft <br />
