ORDINANCE NO. 80-11 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto, held a <br />public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and <br />citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Parcel "A", Lot 58 and that portion of abandoned Bowline <br />Drive running between Regatta Drive to the north and <br />Mooringline Drive to the south as platted in The Moorings, <br />Unit 2, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 28, in the Public <br />Records of Indian River County Florida <br />Be changed from C -1A Restricted Commercial District to <br />R -2C Multiple Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect April 14, 1980. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE_ <br />FREDA WRIGHT, CLERK <br />By DA <br />DATE -6 <br />
