ORDINANCE NO. 8S-93 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP <br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Cc-:iissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance t�rith the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Inman River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board cf Count.; Cc.-_-.issioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizen were heard; <br />NOI4, THEREFORE, BE IT OEDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following desctibed property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />LOT 10, BLOCK 1 OF SEBASTIAN GROVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, <br />ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />Be changed from A, Agricultural District, to CH, Heavy <br />Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 6th day <br />of Novemher 1985. ll <br />BOARD OF 1UNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDI N RIVER COUNTY <br />By <br />TRICK B.
