KM <br />ORDINANCE NO. 82-34 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot 38, A. A. Berry Subdivision, according to the <br />plat filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, <br />Page 14, said land now lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from R-3, Multiple Dwelling District to <br />R -2A, Multiple Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect January 3, 1983. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 15th day of December , 1982. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By ed <br />DON C.
