ORDINANCE NO. 83-34 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of <br />Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pur- <br />suant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at <br />which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that <br />the following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 2 <br />of DR. RICHARD E. BULLINGTON'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORD- <br />ING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 AT PAGE 5, <br />PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA; FROM <br />SAID POINT RUN EAST 100 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 154 <br />FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 100 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH <br />ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF LOT 6 A DISTANCE OF 154 FEET <br />TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID LAND NOW LYING AND <br />BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
