ORDINANCE NO. 82-20 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of <br />Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant <br />thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which <br />parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot 9, Block R, DIXIE HEIGHTS, UNIT #2, according <br />to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, <br />page 83 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District to R-1, <br />Single Family Residential. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect September 28, 1982. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />®#ICF. <br />FREDA WRFGHT, CLERK <br />�Y D.C. <br />2- <br />
