ORDINANCE NO. 81-38 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be arrended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 13, HILLCREST SUBDIVISION, PLAT NO. <br />TWO, according to the Plat of same filed in the Office <br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 92. <br />Lot 1, Block 20, HILLCREST SUBDIVISION, PLAT NO.
