Release of Easement -_Stephen Foote <br />The Board reviewed the following memorandum dated April <br />23, 1982: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of DATE: April 23, 1982 FILE: <br />the Board of County Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: Release of Easement Request <br />by Stephen W. Foote <br />FROM: (D t5d, REFERENCES: <br />David L. Greene <br />Assistant County Administrator <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />_The County has been petitioned by Mr. Stephen W. Foote to release <br />the common side lot 5 foot easements of lots 12 and 13, Block D <br />of Oslo Park Subdivision, unit 43. <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power and <br />Light, Florida Cablevision, the Utility and'the Right -of -Way - <br />Departments. The Planning and Zoning staff analysis, which includes <br />a site visit, showed that drainage would be adequately handled by <br />the existing front and rear swales. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />1. Alternative Yl would be to release the easements. This would <br />allow.,1.1r. Foote to develop the two adjacent lots as one <br />parcel. The release of the easements*is not anticipated <br />to have any adverse effects. <br />2. Alternative n2 would be to not release the easement and <br />therefore deny Mr. Foote the opportunity to develop the <br />two adjacent lots. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends the release of easement as described in Alterna- <br />tive nl. <br />
