Attorney Cooksey <br />contended that this provision should be deleted entirely. <br />After some discussion, the Board agreed that this would be a <br />severe bookkeeping' problem. They also felt that this is <br />something between the customer and the company, which has to keep <br />its customers happy, and it should be handled internally. <br />In regard to the suggestion that the licensee be able to <br />bill monthly, bi-monthly or yearly, the consensus of the <br />Commission was that they be allowed to bill any of these ways. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone further wished to -be heard. <br />There were none. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bird, the Board unanimously closed the public hearing. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bird, Commissioner Fletcher voting in opposition, the Board by a - <br />4 to 1 vote, adopted ordinance 82-7 providing for the licensing <br />of cable television companies. <br />MAY 51982 <br />95 <br />aga 49 PA; E'15 <br />
