governmental agency permit requirements and in accordance with the <br />requir=vents of the WGYL Radio Station, an FM Station and for no <br />other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the <br />Grantor. Grantor reserves the right to grant other uses of the <br />property that is the subject of this agreement provided, however, <br />that said future additional uses shall not interfere in any way <br />with the use of the property by Licensee for the purposes provided <br />in this agreement. In the event that the necessary permits for <br />the use of the property for a three hundred (3001) foot high radio <br />tower cannot be secured by the Licensee within eighteen (13) <br />months from the date of this license agreement, then in that <br />event, either party shall have the right to cancel -and terminate <br />this lease. <br />.The Licensef-, in cgnsideration-of the grant of this <br />license and other agreements herein made between Grantor and <br />Licensee, to be kept and performed, agrees as follows; <br />1. Licensee does hereby covenant and agree to pay <br />Grantor, and the Grantor agrees to accept as rental under this <br />license agreement the following amounts; <br />$100.00 per month for the first ten years, and <br />$125.00 -per month for the succeeding ten years. <br />The first payment shall be due within one (1) week of <br />execution of this agreement and shall constitute payment in <br />advancd for the remaining months of this year. The remaining <br />payments are due in advance at the beginning of each succeeding <br />year. <br />2. Licensee further covenants and agrees to provide <br />Grantor with one free antenna space to be utilized by Grantor at <br />any time for the exclusive purpose of establishing an Emergency <br />Communication System. Licensee further covenants to provide to <br />Grantor a second antenna space for the exclusive purpose of <br />establishing an Emergency Communication System in return for the <br />payment of $100.00 per month payable yearly, in advance. Licensee <br />shall reserve these antenna spaces unless this provision is <br />released or modifies by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />.
