kA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 83-9 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held <br />a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest <br />and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 21 & 22, Block E, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the <br />plat thereof as filed in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in plat gook 3, <br />Page 96. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial to M-1, Restricted Industrial <br />District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, on this 2nd day of February , 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN R/IV_V"F• RR COUNTY <br />B y <br />RICHARD N.
