ORDINANCE NO. 81-43
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent
<br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
<br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
<br />River• County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
<br />as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
<br />following described property situated in Indian
<br />River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />A parcel of land on WABASSO ISLAND being a part of
<br />Government Lot 4, Section 27, Township 31 South, Range
<br />39 East, lying northerly and adjacent to State Road
<br />No. 510, in Indian River County, Florida, being more
