ORDINANCE NO. 82-16 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter <br />described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation <br />thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, <br />and the accompanying Zoning Map be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />Commencing at a concrete monument being the Northwest quarter corner <br />of the Southwest quarter Section 12, Township 33 S, Range 39 E, Indian <br />River County, Florida, and thence run South on said Section line a <br />distance of 695 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of <br />the North right-of-way of 10th Place and said Section line. <br />Thence, run Easterly on the North Right -of -Way line a distance of <br />735 feet to a point being the True Point of Beginning; <br />Thence, run North 240 feet on a line parallel and 735 feet distant <br />from the West boundary of Section 12; <br />Thence, run West 140 feet on a line parallel to and 240 feet distant <br />from the North Right -of -Way of 10th Place; <br />Thence, run South 240 feet on a line to a point on the said North Right - <br />of -Way line 140 feet West of the True Point of Beginning; <br />Thence, run East 140 feet on the North Right -of -Way to the True Point <br />of Beginning; <br />The True Point of Beginning also being defined as a point on the North Right - <br />of -flay line of 10th Place 503.36 feet West of a point, said point being the <br />intersection of the North Right -of -Way line and the centerline of Old Dixie <br />Highway. <br />Be changed from R-1, Single Family Residential toft-2A Multiple Family <br />District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described -in said <br />Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect August 24, 1982. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />FREDA WRIGHT, C RK <br />BY Cp) D.C. <br />DAYE <br />'r . <br />
