ORDINANCE NO. 85-74 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying <br />Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 660 feet of the South;aest quarter of the <br />Southwest quarter of Section. i2, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East, and the North 660 feet of the <br />Southeast quarter of the Southaest quarter of <br />Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, lying <br />West of the West right-of-way line of the Old Dixie <br />Highway, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCELS: <br />From the intersection of the ;forth line of the <br />Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of <br />Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, with <br />the Westerly right-of-way line of the Old Dixie <br />Highway, run West and along the North line of the <br />said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of <br />Section 12 (being also the North line of the <br />William M. Reams Estate Subdivision per plat <br />thereof recorded in Plat Boo): 4 at Page 77, Public <br />Records of St. Lucie County, Florida) a distance of <br />200 feet; thence rui Southeasterly and parallel to <br />the West right-of-way line of the Old Dixie <br />Highway, a distance of 699.15 feet, more or less, <br />to the North right-of-way line of 9th Street; <br />thence run East and along the North right-of-way <br />line of 9th Street to the West right-of-way line of <br />the Old Dixie Highway; thence run Northwesterly and <br />along the West right-of-way line of the Old Dixie <br />Highway, a distance of 699.15 feet, more or less, <br />to the Point of Beginning. <br />All of the above described land now lying and being <br />in Indian River County. <br />Be changed from RS -6, Single -Family Residential <br />District to RM -6, Multiple -Family Residential District. <br />AND <br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />
