V <br />ORDINANCE NO. 82-29 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />From the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the <br />Northeast 1/4 of Ssction 15, Township 32 South, Range 39 <br />East, run South 89 48' 30" West, along the East-West <br />1/4 section line, a distance of 888.48 feet to an inter- <br />section'with the East right-of-way of Old U.S. Highway <br />No. 1; thence, run Northwesterly, along the East right-of- <br />way line of Old U.S. Highway No. 1, a distance of 1,114.83 <br />feet to the Point of Beginning. From said POB, continue <br />running Northwesterly along the East right-of-way line of <br />Old U.S. Highway No. 1, a distance of 261.28 feet to an <br />intersection with the North boundary of the Southeast 1/4 <br />of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 15: (1) thence, run <br />Easterly along the North boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of <br />the Northeast 1/4 of Section .15, a distance of 345.85 feet <br />to an intersection with the West right-of-way of the New <br />U.S. Highway No. 1: (2) thence, run Southeasterly along <br />the West right-of-way line of the New U.S. Highway No. 1, <br />a distance of 260.57 feet; (3) thence, run Westerly <br />parallel to the North boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of the <br />Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, a distance of 343.97 feet, to <br />the Point of Beginning. <br />Be changed from R -2A, Multiple Family District to M-1, Restricted <br />Industrial. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect December 17, 1982. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 1st day <br />of December , 1982. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By <br />DONC.
