CORRECTED ORDINANCE NO. 85-82 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -Mit: A PORTION OF SECTION 15, TORNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING MORE PARTICU- LARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOS,iS: THAT PORTION OF SAID SECTION 15, BOUNDED 01; THE EAST BY THE WEST RIGHT-OF- WAY LINE OF THE FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILROAD; ON THE WEST BY THE EAST RIGHT-OF-,-iAY LINE OF INDIAN RIVER FARMS WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT'S LITERAL "G" CANAL; ON THE NORTH BY THE NORTH SECTION LINE OF SAID SECTION 15; ON THE SOUTH BY THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF INDIAN RIVER FARMS WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT'S NORTH RELIEF CANAL, LESS AND EXCEPT THE SE l OF THE NE i OF SAID SECTION 15, LYING WEST OF THE F.E.C. RFIILROAD. Be changed from RP1-6, Multiple -Family Residential District, A, Agricultural District, L,'4-1, Light Manufacturing District, B-1, Planned Business District, and RS -6, Single Family Residential District, to RM -4, Multiple -Family Residential District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations.
