ORDINANCE NO. 81-19 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />descri4ed property situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast one- <br />quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East, run East along the North <br />line of said Section 17 a distance of 84.96 feet to the <br />East right-of-way line of U. S. Highway N1; thence run <br />S 25057'59" E along said East right-of-way a distance of <br />736.41 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described <br />parcel; thence run S 89042124" E on a line parallel to and <br />6170 feet South of the North line of said Section 17 a <br />distance of 669.05 feet; thence run S 25057'59" E a <br />distance of 1473.12 feet; thence run N 89023'30" W a <br />distance of 335.44 feet; thence run N 25057'59" W a distance <br />of 1083.33 feet; thence run N 89033'28" W a distance of <br />334.95 feet; thence run N 25057'59" W a distance of 386.77 <br />feet to the Point of Beginning.
