ORDINANCE NO. 81-22 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast <br />one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section <br />17, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, run East along <br />the north line of said Section 17 a distance of 84.96 <br />feet to the East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway #1; <br />thence run S 25057'59" E along said East right-of-way <br />a distance of 736.41 feet; thence run S 89042'24" East <br />on a line parallel to and 660 feet South of the North <br />line of said Section 17 a distance of 1446.99 feet, more <br />or less, to the West shore of the Indian River and Point <br />of -Beginning, said Point of Beginning being 660 feet South <br />of the North line of Section 17; thence retracing last men- <br />tioned course run N 89042'24" W a distance of 777.94 feet, <br />more or less; thence run S 25057'59" E a distance of 1473.12 <br />feet' thence run S 89023'30" E a distance of 257.10 feet <br />to a point, said being the Southeast corner of the North <br />660 feet of the West 660 feet of Government Lot 2, Section <br />17, Township 31 South, Range 39 East; thence run N <br />0017'51" W a distance of 660.09 feet to a liter wood post on <br />the South line of Government Lot 1 of Section 17, Township <br />31 South, Range 39 East; thence run S 89024'17" E along <br />said South line of Government Lot 1 a distance of 293.60 feet, <br />more or less, to the West shore of the Indian River; thence <br />meander the West shore of the Indian River in a Northwest- <br />erly direction to the Point of Beginning.
