Staff further believes there will be a <br />need for the services provided by Commercial zoning and <br />recommend approval of the commercial zoning also. <br />Planning Manager Challacombe reviewed the type of uses <br />permitted in the commercial, i.e., retail store areas, <br />banks, restaurant, general offices, a grocery convenience <br />store which does not have gas pumps. He believed staff is <br />looking for a neighborhood type facility and would recommend <br />against gas pumps.
