ORDINANCE NO. 82-17
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent
<br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
<br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW,THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
<br />as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
<br />following described. property situated in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />Southwest one-quarter of the Southwest one-quarter of
<br />Section 21, Township 31 South, Range 38 East, and the
<br />North one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of the North-
<br />west one-quarter of Section 28, Township 31 South, Range
<br />38 East, less however, the following thirty-seven (37)
<br />lots which are contained in Pine Lake Estates, Unit 1,
<br />an unrecorded plat: Lots 5, 6, 17, 18, 25, 27, and 28
<br />in Block A; Lot 20 in Block B; Lots 15, 16, 17, and 18
<br />in Block C; Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, and 22
<br />in Block D; Lots 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, and
<br />16 in Block E; Lots 4, 5, and 6 in Block H and Lots 6 and
<br />7. in Block F.
<br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District and R-1, Single Family
<br />Residential to R-lE, Country Estate District.
<br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
<br />described in said Zoning Regulations.
<br />This Ordinance shall take effect August 24, 1982.
